Last weekend, in the Ricardo Tormo circuit, Valencia, began the new season of the Historic Endurance.
Once again with good meteorology and more than 18.000 visitors. In addition to the GT races, the Historic Endurance organized an exhibition of classic Formula 1.
The winner of the H1965 category was Carlos Barbot with the Lotus Elan, pilot of the Cuervo y Sobrinos team, Antonio Gutiérrez won the H1971 category and the couple Lopez/Rodriguez won the H1976 and the general.
The passionate weekend with classic cars and motorbikes, was attended by Phil Read, the first pilot to win the 125, 250 and 500 c.c. championship.
The Performance Index, classification that benefits the oldest cars and with less cylinder capacity is sponsored by Cuervo y Sobrinos. The winner was Guillermo Velasco with his beautiful Porsche 356 from the Cuervo y Sobrinos team. He won a beautiful watch form the Racing collection, the Robusto Cronometa, a perfect watch for lovers of classic cars´ races.
